Alastair Street

"Alastair Street is quiet and friendly."

We do have the electric trains come past quickly but 15 seconds later it's back to peace and quiet. Lovely people living here and Manly is at the other end of the street.

"Lota is Brisbane's hidden gem!"

I'm not sure that people realise half of Lota's streets extend into Manly. A lovely, leafy suburb with a gorgeous community feel.

Great for

  • Parks and natural areas
  • Quiet and peaceful

Not great for

  • Can be some biting midges at times
