"Inner city with a community feel"
From West Leederville you can access public transport and freeway North and South very easily. Only 3km from CBD (1 train stop) with all facility nearby. You still can find trees in West Leedy too.

"Very close to city yet very relax and cozy..."
A long street, I prefer the eastern part of it. Easy access to everywhere - freeway, train stationS, city, beach, eateries, shops (from speciality shop up to Bunnings and IKEA), and health services.
