With 3 Reserves & an excellent park on this street alone, it's ideal for families with young children. Walking distance to beaches, shops and schools. Everyone keeps there garden neat & tidy most of the people who live here are families. Never been intimidated by the residents. All around a great street!

20 years ago, aldinga beach was a quiet peaceful town. Now, too many housing estates have been built. It still does retain some of its original character but it is becoming more and more of an outer suburb and less and less of a quiet town. However, there are nice beaches and scenery nearby.

I have lived here for over 8 years with my 4 children and we love it! A great place to raise a family, with children's play areas at every turn. Moana beach is lovely & clean, only about a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the heart of seaford. The shopping centre has everything you need in one, compact space - very useful! The new expressway is great for the commute to CBD (it's about a pleasant 40 minute ride away by the expressway). The only downfall of seaford is that there is quite a lot of traffic, on Commercial Road & Griffiths drive in particular. It isn't very safe around those two areas for young children unsupervised. Other than that, we think it is a great place to raise a family or just to live in general, and would recomend this area to others.
