"Lakeside Living"

Located in a quiet neighbourhood estate called "Sea Eagle Lagoon"; Brittany Drive and the surrounding streets offer very quiet lakeside living adjoining the Coomera River.

The custom designed homes are generally in the upper $600,000+ range to $1m+ waterfronts and are of larger block sizes of 700m2+ with immaculately maintained gardens and lawns and very nicely presented street appeal.

There are several private and state schools within the immediate area to choose from and the estate sits to the West of the M1 highway at Oxenford so commuting to Brisbane or Gold Coast CBD is easy. Just a mere 20 minutes drive to beaches with major Westfield Shopping facility at Helensvale.

"Peaceful family orientated estate"

Located in "The Reserve" estate at the back of Oxenford, constructed by Villa World developments over the past 6 years, Bakers Ridge Drive boarders a natural bush land reserve and is classed as a high quality estate. This creates a very quiet backdrop for both family and retiree living. The neighborhood feel is fantastic and the resale value (with improvements from original builders standard) are higher than average. Only minutes drive or walk to local shop, café, Medical centre and day care centre. Less than 5 mins drive to highway or Westfield Helensvale shopping centre and Helensvale Train Station. Great place to live and very happy here for past 2 years.
