Even though there is only one apartment block in this street, it is such a great place to live. The block is beautiful and quiet, close to the MCG, but you rarely hear the noise. (However, sometimes its nice to here the roar, especially on Grand Final day!)
Fitzroy gardens is right across the road and this park is gorgeous! Peaceful, sunny, but full of shade and good paths. I frequently go across the road for picnics!
Eades street is also close to great suburbs, like Richmond, Fiztroy, Carlton, Collingwood and the city, where you can find great restaurants and shops.
Such a perfect location for working couples and singles. Expensive to buy and rent is not too bad, but its all worth it!
