Right off Main street, it is under a 5 min walk to the hub of Mornington. A street that is transforming into the modern due to high quality development, it is close to transport (bus stop at the end of the street) yet away from the general noise.

Part of the traditional area of Mornington, it has retained its orginal feel with plenty of large trees and gardens adorning the street. A modern private hospital is only 2 blocks away, whilst a child care centre is at the end of the street.

A small park exists around the corner, but the large park are at the end of Main Street is an adventure wplayground for kids. The beach is only just beyond that.
