Legeyt Street

"Close to just about everything."

Legeyt Street is located 4km North of the CBD and one km from Queensland's largest hospital, Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital. If you're a trainfan, you have the Ferny Grove railway line running behind the properties on the northside of the street.
It intersects with Lutwyche Rd. The bus stops are at the end of the street on Lutwyche Rd; with the train station a couple of minutes from Lutwyche Rd (westward along Eildon Rd). All nice and close.
The street is cut in half by the rail line with a pedestrian crossing where the line divides the road.
There's hardly any traffic on the weekends, and the other reason it's quiet is there are no noisy dogs.
Just drive to the end of the street, turn right, and you're on your way to the north coast...
