Cash Grove

"This suburb is a hidden jewel!"

Shopping centre and petrol station in 5 mins walking distance. With Foodland and Chemart in the shopping centre already, the old shopping centre (where Domino's was) has been knocked down before Christmas and the new plan for the old site is a new GREEN shopping mall with Target and Dan Murphy already on the floorplan! Just check out the construction plan and illustration picture at the Foodland undercover car park travellator and you'll know that I'm not lying any bit of it!

For young family planners, there're heaps of recreational land nearby, a playground right off Fiveash Drive on Cash Grove plus a playground! Perfect for any family with kids.

Even though there are loads of traffic going on Fiveash Drive, it honestly never sound noisy for me (and I am the kind that cannot take noise when sleeping). Minimal hoon drivers, maximum public transport.

Driving to work might be a bit of challenge for those who work in the city due to the distance, but it is still within 10km radius of the city centre so it's not that far away (just don't take the South Road during rush hours and you'll be fine). Whilst you are reasonably close to the city, all the popular beaches are on your reach with Glenelg only few kms away, and Christises Beach off Southern Expressway.

For fashionistas (or if you've one in your family), Westfield Marion Shopping Centre is also only 15 mins away.

If you enjoy a walk after dinner, walk up to the other side of Pasadena (the hill side I mean) and you'll be able to see the sunset/night view of dear South Australia.
