"Best street in Balwyn"
Nungerner St offers the best of everything, close to some of the best schools in Melbourne both Public and Private, close to transport, shops, community services and parks.Beautiful tree lined street with very friendly neighbours.

Balwyn
"Beautiful, Peaceful and Safe"
I have lived in Balwyn for many years, after living in many other parts of Australia. Balwyn would have to be the best location I have ever seen. Beautiful quiet streets, plenty of parks and and very friendly and safe community. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.
