"Child Friendly Court in Lakewood Estate"

Located an easy stroll from the local primary school. Easy access to Frankston by bus or car. Local parks and a pretty lake.
Great location to raise a family.

"Lakewood Estate is great for families"

Walking distance to primary and post primary schools. Bus nearby.
No traffic to speak of, but the houses are looking pretty dated and the gardens are dry, drab and needing attention.

Shrewsbury Court

"Good location for families"

The neighbours were extremely unfriendly when I lived there which was very unpleasant.
The location is excellent with both primary and post primary schools in walking distance. There is an attractive lake to feed the ducks and a good playground for children.
The street was quiet and safe, as was the neighbourhood.
There are excellent shopping, medical and social facilities within a 5 km radius and, beautiful beaches, golf clubs and numerous other sporting facilities.
As the Gateway to the Peninsula, Frankston offers a terrific lifestyle.

Stewart Street

"Easy walk to centre of Ballarat or to Lake Wendouree"

Stewart Street is quiet and safe. There is a very large park at the end of the street, great for kicking around a footy or letting the dog romp around (there's even a lake for water dogs to swim in).
The neighbours keep to themselves and no-one has noisy parties or blaring music.
There are numerous schools in walking distance, public, private and Catholic.

Wendouree

"Easy to walk to shops, medical and transport"

Wendouree is still very affordable and offers fantastic facilities. Generously providing excellent retail facilities, a wonderful medical precinct, public transport and an easy walk to the beautiful Lake Wendouree where you can enjoy a walk (approx 1 hour to go right around the lake), the famous Begonia Festival in the Botanic Gardens in March each year, Springfest in September, rowing regattas (well when the lake refills they will reuturn) and casual dining & cafes.
My neighbourhood was quiet, mostly older people but young families were starting to move in as the elderly moved out. It was friendly with a "hello" as you pass people while walking in the street.
The traffic becomes somewhat busier at school drop off and pick up times with many schools in the suburb (including a first class private school K-12).
The streets are safe during the day, but I would not go out walking alone after dark.
