Ledger Road

"Quiet neighbourhood - so close to everything, including the city!"

Ledger Road is easy to get access to from either end - through Port Road, or Crittenden Road (via Birch Street). Plenty of parks, and good sports facilities for the community at Woodville South Sports Club.

Ledger Road is slowly becoming more residential, and less industrial, but despite some industry, is very quiet. The people that live here have either lived here for a very long time and work nearby, or are new professionals, commuting to the city (less than 15 mins away).

Taxi from the city costs less than $20 on a weekend.

With the new 'Park and Go' carpark and tram at the Entertainment Centre, it should make the transit to the city for work a lot easier, and quicker.

There's not a lot of nightlife, but the State Basketball Centre is walking distance, and town isn't too far either.

From both ends of Ledger Road - Port and Crittenden Roads are 'Go Zones' - promising only 15 minutes between buses to the city or West Lakes Shopping Centre.
