My street is a townhouse village, so its pretty peaceful here, the neighbours are friendly, great for kids or pets as we have many parks. We have a central location to all the major amenities & outer suburbs.
For a first home it has served us well....nothing wud beat a sea view in a tropical climate with palm trees's & coaktails..hehe
