Ramsgate Beach

"THE HUB OF THE PENINSULA"

Ideally located in a friendly precinct with numerous attractions so whatever your fancy you will be more than delighted in this neighbourhood. You will find a mixture of properties with a high concentration of villas making it the ideal spot for first home buyers, down-sizers, empty nesters & retirees.
Ramsgate and Ramsgate Beach was named after a seaside resort in England.
It features two shopping strips in the area, one being on Rocky Point Road, near the intersection where you can grab a great cocktail or $6 steak & chips!!! The other is located at Ramsgate Beach, on Ramsgate Road, here you will find numerous attaractions including Coles, Ramsgate RSL Club, Gyms, Cafe Amalfi & Ramsgate Seafood shop. All in all a happening suburb that wont disappoint.

With it's excellent land size, short stroll to Sans Souci Public Schools and the motorboat Club near buy, this is one of the suburbs most sort after streets.
Close to all amenities, this home runs from Rocky Point Road to the water's edge on Kogarah Bay.
Sans souci shopping village, St Finbars Catholic school are also within walking distance.
