Very quiet during the day, close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants, public transport and shopping centers. The Indian ocean hotel is located in the middle of Hastings street and also there is a thirsty camel off license, the street is noisy and busy from around 7pm until 12am Monday to Sunday (but mainly Thursday through Saturday) with loud music from the hotels night club & then patrons shouting as they leave. Also thare are a lot of annoying a**holes hooning around in loud stupid cars. After the night club closes and everyone goes home the street returns to the peaceful quiet place it is during the day!
