This is a fantastic little Cul De Sac where people seldom sell their property as the neighbours are terrific people and the blocks of land are still a really good size. We moved here over 18years ago and love it! Our two girls have grown up here and attended 'Excelsior Public School" a wonderful primary school a short walk away, prior to that they went to longday care in a great place in Excelsior Avenue. It is city living with a country feeling to it. Close to Windsor Rd for convenience but we enjoy the low noise levels of a more remote street that doesn't have the access to motorways we rely upon.
