Its location offers easy access to Perth's freeway systems, public transport (buses and trains) and bike tracks that enable the cycling enthusiast to take in swan river vista or attend the outdoor cinema at Burswood. Food and entertainment are a short walk from Clotilde Street, with the many cafes, restaurants, pubs and cinema facilities available on nearby Beaufort Street. Forrest Park located at the end of Clotilde Street is regular meeting place for local residents who chat while the family dog gets a bit of exercise. Clotilde Street is particularly festive at Christmas time, with many homes adorned with a dazzling array of christmas lights. One of Perth's most prestigious girls schools, Perth College, is only a short walk away.
