I have lived in Williams Ave, Dulwich for over 10 years. The quiet dead end st, with little traffic and the lovely neighbours make it a perfect area to live. 3 Benches, GG's, and an IGA just around the corner make it a lovely, safe place to catch up with friends for coffees or lunch. The Rose Park School is also a big plus for the area.
I believe that Williams Avenue is the best avenue to live in, in Dulwich.
