Stephen Street

"Middle Kingdom"

Regents park surrounds South by Birrong and in the West by Berala, North by Golf Clubs, and East by Sydney Water reservoir, it has own library, bank (CBA), pharmacy, post office and small shops. This suburb has the least population of Middleastern. Wealthy Sri lankan, Wealthy middle class Chinese and Vietnamese are using this suburb as their head quarters to run business South, North, West and East. Regents Park is between inner West Strathfield and Lidcombe. By Car around 22 Mins to Sydney CBD off peak, and around 35 Mins Peak hours. There are few renters, especially Middleeasterners background around Stations, as soon as rent goes up, they will be pushed out of the this suburb for good. Most of people own their houses are Asians, Sri-lankan, and Third Generation White aussies. This is a very Exclusive suburb, and has no history of crimes. This is also a central transport hub, a short distance to North, South, East and West.

Regents Park

"Central to Every Thing"

Regents Park is hidden gem, few minutes to Bankstown shopping mall, to Parramatta Road home shopping, Short distance to North, Parramatta, South, and City East. Has one of the biggest golf clubs nearby, close to Sydney Uni Cumberland campus, Lidcombe station close by, express train to City, or Parramatta. This area used to be the most expansive, more expensive than Burwood. The good thing is Regents Park still keeps it charms, not many middleastern, alot of Indian and Chinese move in this area. Botanica is new housing complex, for middle class family just finished built. A lot of parks, and very quiet.
