Saffron Street

"Busy but close to everything"

After spending 4 years in this street, its a touch busy, and very loud specially some of the local "hoons" Right on the boarder towards student accomodatio.

Its not a bad place to live just the amount of nosie is a downfall, and the surrounding houses that have over reactive alarm systems,
either that or getting robbed alot?

I agree. Terribly noisy and yes, there are alot of burglaries. Local school excellent BUT this definitely isn't a 4 start street, in my opinion. It would barely make 2 stars if I were to rate it. Very low rate of owner-occupied and lowest priced properties of this suburb in this street.
