Cresthaven Avenue

"Perfect affordable location, great to raise a family, close to the beach without being over priced"

With a majority of the residents in the area being owner occupied and surrounded by close parklands, two great shopping centres within easy reach as well as a choice of two small local community shopping villages in the area and a great transport network to all areas on the coast this area is the ideal street to raise a family. It may appear to be a main road, but dont be fooled, traffic is mainly local residents and the street itself promotes a great community feel where most residents get along and are always willing to lend a hand which also promotes a safe secure feeling.
the location is close enough to numerous beaches to be only a few minutes away but far enough away not to be impacted on with heavy traffic by beach goers in areas like Terrigal or The Entrance.

Great for

  • Great area to raise a family of any age, within close proximity to all facilities both, shopping, medical and social, sporting or leisure

Not great for

  • It has an illusion of being a major thoroughfare which is truly a misrepresentation of the relatively low traffic flow.
