Von Nida Drive

"Good start for first home owners"

Although the developers and the original residents had great intentions for the street, it hasn't turned out that way. Rental properties sprung up and that unfortunately bought a different kind of person to the street. We had our letter box vandalised, and found ourselves escorting the neighbours young kids home some nights after 11pm. We even rescued someones stolen TV.
We built a beautiful home but the area dragged down the resale value. We don't regret leaving Cranbourne / Narre Warren.

If your a first home buying and don't mind being an hour out of the city then this is a good area to get your foot in the door (or on the property ladder), but you must be willing to stay for a good 5 years to make any money on your investment. Lots of young families in the area, with excellent hospital facilities not far away.
