Out of all the places in Craigburn farm this is the best street.Its close to the parks playground its quiet and a ten minute walk to the train station and 20 min ride into city. I so want this house its large modern and abounds the manicured park its got everything you could want and need to raise your family.It is surronded by modern mansions built by the likes of Alan Sheppard, Medallion Homes, Homestead Homes, Scott Salisbury and Samuel James Homes. I just hope I can sell my home before this one sells

However what impressess me more is the newer part of Craigburn farm Bonython Way and Highfield drive precent there are brand new massive houses for sale below replacement cost. They are surrounded by the latest Modern mansions from builders such as Samuel James Homes, Medallion Homes, Alan Sheppard Homes,Scott Salisbury Homes and Homestead Homes. I have a house to sell and as soon as its sold I intend to put in an offer on a five bedroom 3 bathroom place with an inground solar heated salt water chlorinated pool in Bonython Way I have seen on this site I just hope it doesnt sell before I can buy.
