Eildon Parade

"Nice quiet leafy suburb"

I rented in rowville for a few years and liked this suburb. It would be a nice place to buy but is too expensive for me.There are pockets of rowville i wouldn't reside but found the area surrounding stud, kellets, wellington and napoleon rd which consists of stud shops, rowville lakes etc convenient and peaceful .Timbertops is also a nice part of rowville. My only gripe with rowville,is the only form of public transport is the buses and the traffic conditions of stud and wellington rds is horrendous at most times.

Gatcum Court

"(SHOOSH)Hidden Gem close to everything!"

I've lived in gatcum court noble park a few years now and have no regrets. It's quiet, neighbors are a mixed culture, are friendly, helpful and i feel very safe.I picked this suburb as i could not afford to live in the surrounding suburbs Eg:Mulgrave,Springvale,Keysborough,Rowville,Dandenong etc.Compare the prices and you'll see noble park is great value whether your buying your 1st home or investing or a start to get a foothold into the market and upgrade to your preferred suburb in the future.Do your homework and i suggest you be quick though, anything under $200k and above is quickly snapped up by the savvy nestors and investors.Dandenong is having a total revamp as the next city, watch prices rise in surrounding suburbs and i've heard noble park will undergoe upgrade in infrastructure in the near future.Noble park all in all meets all your needs and ticks all the boxes Eg:Public transport,shops,schools,15 minutes to the beach and 20minutes to the city-GREAT VALUE!.
