Isabella Street

"Apartments Galore"

We lived on the corner of Brickfield and Isabella; we had our garage broken into so many times ( in one year) that it just was beyond the joke.

A couple of parks close by to walk/run/cycle. A bit of a hike to Parramatta Station/Westfields.

Villiers Street

"Close to Food and Transport"

Its situated in the middle of quite a few fast food resturants and local resturants, like KFC, Macdonalds, Pizza Hut - also a great chinese resturant within walking distance near the corner of church street and grose street. Has a Post Office handy, and a couple of Banks, also a real estate agent, Chemist, Service Station and Blockbuster Video Store.

Walking distances to quite a few parks.

The Free Loop Bus is within walking distance that takes you down to the Parramatta Ferry Terminal, Parramatta Train Station and also Parramatta Westfields. Also have lots of other bus companies running down to parramatta, castle hill, and out to Ryde and other places.

Gets alot of traffic with 2 primary schools and a girls highschool within 2-3 minute walk. Parking Meters are up and down the street; so visitors might have to pay for parking.

Parramatta Stadium is just up the road, so home games also increase the foot traffic and car traffic -- aswell as noise after the game ( depending on how the game went).

Power Close

"Alot of Traffic"

Its a street that has alot of cars hooning up and down almost all day- dont let your young kids play unsupervised in the front yard-; alot of foot traffic aswell from the local highschool - seems to be a place to hang out if you want to truant.

Its within walking distance to two local primary schools ( but i wouldnt recommend them to anyone) walking distance to a local highschool; once again - youd need to be desperate for an education to go there.

It is Close to the Bus Route 880 to Campbelltown Station or Minto Station. Has a Park across the road, that has damaged play equipment, and magpie infested trees. Havent had much to do with the neighbours; weekends are rather noisy with parties. Dogs are often let out of yards, to use peoples front grass as a bathroom, and most people never pick up the local newspaper.

Houses are cheap enough to allow first home buyers into market.
