Samantha Court is the perfect example of fantastic Suburban Living. The Houses are cosy, yet spacious at the same time. The price of the properties in this suburb are very manageable and reasonable. The houses are beautiful, the people are nice and most importantly, this court backs onto a huge oval, Tennis courts, and 2 primary schools that both have their own halls. All of these places are within walking distance. The Court is very lively, but at the same time, there is a lot of peace and quiet to help you relax. The closest shops are five minutes up the road, and there are also Milk Bars within the area. Overall, it is a fantastic place to live.
