When I discovered this street two years ago (I had no intention of buying a house at that time) I immediately wanted to live in it there and then...so I bought a house in it straight away. I've never been so happy and statisfied. The street is absolutely beautiful, upmarket, wide and the blocks are spacious. The houses are luxurious with a paladium feel dressed with columns and surrounded by breathtaking manicured gardens. It is located centerally on the Gold Coast, close to everything, CBD, country, mountains, beach, transport and major shopping centres, but extremely peacful and quiet as it is surrounded by virgin forest and the Arundel Country Club. This is an exclusive, private golf course with massive gum trees, ponds, fountains, manicured hedges and botanical gardens. Many wild life also live here such as kangaroos, cockatoos, galahs, possums, koalas, turkeys, ducks etc.
I live on the golf couse and it feels like living in paradise.
