Shelford Boulevard

"Quiet street close to school, parks & shops"

Not too busy street close to everything. Always people walking everywhere - with kids, dogs, surfboards. 30 min walk to white sand beaches. The park with the lakes & ducks & playgrounds is fantastic. Friendly people, nice well-kept houses. Easy shopping and tons of smaller parks.

"Quiet established street close to school, parks & shops"

Seen lots of young families buying into the area over the years and working hard on their house & garden.
Schools within 10 mins walk - 4 parks with good facilities within 10 mins walk.
Week & weekends pretty quiet all year around.
Cul de sac means kids & pets are pretty safe - kids always playing along the street or walking to & from the parks and loads of people out walking in the evenings.
5 mins drive to miles of white sand beaches and the best dog beach around. Easy cycling (no hills) around and down to beach.
Easy train in to Joondalup CBD in 10 mins or Perth CBD in 40 mins.
Beautiful Yanchep national park and lagoon 20 mins up the road.
