"Slums in development and way too expensive!"
Not safe at night near the shops and horrifying to see kids with drug addictions, my son would be harassed any time he went out with his mates to the park by the drunk bogans or teens off their faces. only place that kept me there for 2 years was the high school for my son :-(.

"Kingsley, a nice area apart from one area"
I've been living in Kingsley for 2 years and everywhere is great but Shepherds Bush, teen gangs lurk all over bushes. They threaten and scare my kids and are very loud at night. I love Kingsley though but every area has that one dodgy area.

Its funny how you and George M both wrote these false reviews on the same day.
Terry P. why are the police and the Council not becoming involved with all these teen gangs and their parents where you are living. If this is such a problem, then surely you and the others in the community can find a way to address it. The Council is always ready to assist with unsavoury and anti-social behaviour of residents and non-residents.
Dont pander to his lies. There are no teen gangs lol.
"Certain area of Kingsley"
Teenage gangs hang around the BMX track and bush area, very loud at night and dangerous. I heard from a mum that their child once on his bike passing through the bush track was threatened by the teens :-(. Like George (friend who told me to express my opinion as-well who also write a review) said Kingsley is a great place just avoid that area.

Hi Terry, Two retired people considering moving to WA ( for health reasons so climate is vip). We are looking at buying a small apartment/unit in a quiet location close to amenities. Any recommendations ie suburbs etc?
