This street is very friendly with great neighbours (good mix of ages), close to local shops, great school - Median State College, doctors surgery, chemist, daycare and public transport at start of street and an easy 10 mintue drive to 6 beautiful beaches (Golden, Esplanade, Kings, Dicky, Moffats).

We lived in this street for 6 years and loved every minute. My kids and their friends learnt to ride their bikes, skateboards and anything else with wheels and I was able to be at ease knowing the street was safe with slow going traffic if any (due it being cul-de-sac).

It was the perfect location for my husband who commuted to work north Brisbane and the up the Sunshine Coast as it is in between and has easy access to the highway and Nicklan Way.
