Gila Place

"Quiet Cul de sac with leafy outlook"

Gila Place is a great spot as its situated in a quiet cul de sac with the views of gum trees, the neighbours are friendly and the location is great as its tucked in the back away from the main road. It is close to various schools, both shopping centres are an easy walk or 5 min drive with a new Aldi just opened which is great!!,You have the choice of 3 medical centres and some great restaurants down by the lake. If you like to walk there are some great walking loops to do as well its a comfortable walk to the lake.
I find the traffic in Gila Place is minimal, it has a family atmosphere ,it does not seem to noisy at night & it seems fairly quiet most of the time.
Springfield to me is a growing suburb with a lot of potential!!

"Quiet & leafy close enough to the city but far enough to feel like you are miles away :)"

We walk our dog around this street on a regular basis its a quiet & clean street lots of trees and up on a hill good breezes.Springfield has a lot to offer those wanting a great place to raise a family it has loads of parks and the lakes are a great place to spend a sunday afternoon.,The new Orion shopping centre is excellent! Springfield is an affordable area for those wanting to get into the property market and for those wanting to invest , I have lived here for 6 years and see Springfield really going places!!
