Malibu Court is a lovely family neighbourhood. Only minutes walk to the lake in one direction and the Mooloolah river in the other. Both areas have park areas and lovely leafy walks. Close to tennis courts and golf course. Well designed walking and cycle tracks.

Both Junior State School, High School and Tafe College are only a few minutes walk and Sunshine Coast University are only minutes in the car. Walk to Woolies and shops and fruit barn, also the medical centre, chemist and physio if required.

Malibu Court Mountain Creek is very central it is only a few minutes drive to Mooloolaba beach Less than 10 minutes to Maroochydore, Kawana, or up to Buderim and only 10 minutes to the Maroochy Airport. A highly recommended area for couples and children of all ages.
