Alexander St Largs Bay is one of the most tightly held streets in Largs Bay and has many quality homes and has one of the biggest allotments with one of the most historically significant homes in the whole suburb.
This street has something for everyone at all price ranges with a sensational updated block of apartments that sell in the mid to upper $200,000 range and bungalows and villas in the $700,000-$1,400,000 range.

"A wide street with an eclectic mix of character homes and has a retail precinct down near the waterfront."

The award winning Largs Pier Hotel is right on the foreshore opposite the Largs Beach Pier. There are some great cafes and the beachside kiosk is an ideal place to enjoy a lunch of fish and chips while the kids play on the beach or playground.
