Eumeralla Court

"Quiet & rustic"

A very private and quiet location. Eumeralla Crt is a cul de sac that backs onto Sweetwater creek reserve. Most allotments are 3000sqm or larger. Walking distance to Derinya Primary School. Most local houses were built around the 1970's and are of contempory style.

Silvertop Street

"Down town housing Commission"

Part of an ex Ministry of Housing estate.
Well services by facilities and transport but the majority of houses in the street were build as commission houses in late 1960's and early 1970's.
Not well regarded locally.

not well regarded locally because of people like you: YOU put a horrible reputation on Frankston North. I've lived there since sept 2007 after moving from the city, and found it to be the best place i've ever lived in. Yes it was a commisionhousing estate, but so what? Cut it some slack.
Do you even live there??

I dont feel valueit's review was unfair, clinical maybe but they are entitled to their own option and the fact is that the area was ex DOH for the most part and has a stigma that is slowly lifting.

Kalimna Drive

"On the Beach"

Regarded as one of Mornington's best streets
Many properties have expansive bay and harbour views.
Road is unmade which encourages privacy but is a pain for locals , most of whom drive really nice cars
Close to cafe's at mornington's main street
Mills Beach is one of the best regarded in the area and is in easy walking distance
