A dodgy neighourhood to live in with high break-in and assault cases. The only advantage of this neighourhood is it is pretty close to Curtin University, which is around 25 minutes of walking distance. The walking route to the university is not safe even during day time. Waterford/Karawara would be better options for student accomodations.
