"Great value location very close to Darling Harbour"
Great value location very close to Darling Harbour. A walk from UTS, Broadway and Darling Harbour with relatively easy access to major arterial roads.

Great quiet, leafy, place to live. Unfortunately not very close to public transport and poorly serviced by taxis.

City and Chatswood bus services are very good most of the time during weekdays except late night. Not brilliant if you want to party all night, but then this is a young family street mostly. There are actually three gyms within minutes driving distance, one you can walk to. Resale value in this street is actually much better than a lot of Forestville. Medical facilities are very good within reasonable driving distance.
