Walking distance to everything. Get rid of the cars if you want. Neighbours are great and keep watch while we're out. They're always there for a hand when needed, but never living in your back pocket. Blocks are quite large by today's standards and great for the kids to run around in safety, though there are parks nearby if you want to get out. Many houses have been modernised making them attractive. Highly recommended!

The greatest asset of Strathpine is its proximity to everything. Whatever you want, it's literally within walking distance from your front door. Transport is also exceptionally handy. This is why houses in our street are being sold within days of being listed. With the road traffic into the city becoming intolerable, being able to catch the train easily is invaluable. You can save yourself around $10 000 per year not requiring a second car and also save the stress of driving to work while you're at it! Our neighbours are fantastic and keep an eye on the house while we're out. We've been here five years and love it - couldn't be happier.
