Bailey Street

"Quiet street with great potential!"

Most of the houses here are north/northwest facing in the day or evening depending on your house's orientation so there is an abundance of sunlight. Neighbours here are in the mid 50s category - most of them moved here over twenty years ago and their kids have grown up and moved out.

Very quiet street and neighbours tend to mind their own business. Of course, no street is complete without the odd kerfuffle. This being St Albans, there are some bogans who like hooning. Most houses also have roller shutters installed, so it's great if you like your privacy. Everyone respects their neighbours' privacy and there are no noisy neighbours who blare their stereo at 1AM.

It's also 5 minutes walk from Ginifer station (along the Sydenham line) and a 5 minutes drive to Cairnlea Shopping Center along Furlong Road. St Albans Family Clinic is just opposite Ginifer station too.

Parks and recreation is probably the only downside. No parks or playgrounds anywhere within 10 minutes walk. Not convenient if you have a dog or young kids. Cairnlea park is great, but it's a drive, not a walk.

Neighbours here are relatively teched up. A quick walk along Street reveals several wifi signals. Most are on Foxtel as well.
