Innamincka Way

"One of the best streets in Agnes"

Local tour operators include Innamincka Way on their route because of its beauty and abundant wildlife including pretty face wallabies and kangaroos. The soil is good and the properties are improving all the time as they become more established. We have lived here in the Ranches Estate for 5 years and love it. The landscape is far more interesting on this side of town and the flora and fauna is very special with native cabbage palms which grow like rain forest in areas and other trees that bring many rare birds and parrots to the area also. A bird watchers paradise. You may hear of some negative feed back regarding sandflies, which is far over exaggerated and is usually 'hear say' from people that don't live in the Ranches Estate. Innamincka Way is a quite street with not much traffic at all other than the residents and the local tour group at about 4:30 every afternoon and all the cars drive slowly because of the kangaroos and wallabies. The locals are friendly and it is very safe here.

I love Innamincka Way. I have never had a problem with sandflies, and it is a real haven for kangaroos and wallabies. The locals are very friendly and it is quiet but close to everything.
