Windsor may be a nice town as a whole but South Windsor is the worst place I have ever lived, drunken violent men (gangs?) wandering around aimlessly at 2-3am smashing things (including peoples windows), cars getting tires slashed or burned down, I have seen the windows at south Windsor shops smashed numerous times in the short 2 years i have lived here.. If you have any other choice I would recommended against it! If you find a nice place, that is safe and your car and things are sure to be safe then sure move in just whatever you do I strongly suggest you to KEEP TO YOURSELF and not talk to the neighbours, let it take a year or two before you sort out the ferals/bogans from considerate people and only mix with the people you find acceptable, there are sure plenty of rotten apples around this area.
