"I Love Living Here"

I have been living here for about 3 years and enjoy it. I can walk to the local shops and school. There are several parks nearby. My son can walk to the bus stop to catch a bus to his high school, and I feel comfortable letting my children walk to their friends homes. There is always a special Halloween night that one of the neighbours organises and this is well received by all the families. The homes are all well maintained, and people are friendly. We are happy here.

"Very Pleasant Locale - Walk to Everything."

This is a lovely street the faces a pretty walking track that is leafy and leads to Turkey's Nest park at one end, and the community centre and local primary school at the other. It is very quiet and an easy walk to the local shopping centre with IGA etc. There are a couple of basic homes in the street, but the majority are lovely, executive type homes. You can't go wrong with this address.

"Great Family Oriented Suburb"

Having lived in Beaumont Hills for over seven years I have seen it grow and have enjoyed every minute of it. I cannot fault the local primary school. It has a great community spirit. It is very safe and I feel comfortable with my kids walking home from school. There is a bus service to local high schools for the older kids. The addition of the shopping centre is a great bonus. The IGA has a wide variety of stock and has some excellent specials. Same goes for their liquor outlet. I can also highly recommend the chinese restaurant, and look forward to other food outlets opening very shortly, like the pizza place. There are plenty of parks in the suburb, most with play equipment for the kids. There is a beautiful bushside walking track that meaners along the bush reserve, from Guardian Ave, right down to Balfour Drive and beyond. Very pleasant suburb for walks. Rouse Hill Town Centre is only a 2 minute drive, and there you have cinemas, restaurants, big supermarkets and variety stores. The Ettamogah Pub is also a quick drive away, great venue to meet with a group of friends, and bring the kids along. They are well catered for. For the younger crowd the Mean Fiddler is always popular, also close by. To say the suburb is populated by 'McMansions' is unkind and untrue. There are some lovely homes in the suburb, and no two are alike. There is a very small section where you can buy a townhouse style property, but the marjority are good sized, well kept family homes. Beaumont Hills also boasts a community centre where kids can learn karate, dancing and the like. There is an out of school ours/vacation centre there also. Plus you can't forget the post box! Very handy.
