Really great place , convenient for shops as all coles,wollies and aldi next to each other.
Great parks.
Only issue is you will not get NBN ever!

As developers had a dodgy plan with LBnco you will only get to choose from few internet providers. You will not be able to get internet from Telstra, TPG , iinet.
You will be paying same price for a slow internet connection. If you are in IT industry or fan of NBN this is not the best place to buy a house or land. As these infrastructure will not be changed any sooner!
