"Very friendly, quiet, and safe place to live"
I visited my friend who live here, I want to live here as well. The place is very quiet and the neighbor is very friendly. People have pets here and you can see their cats walking along the street or the driveway.

"a safe and affordable suburb"
I really don't know why alot of people tell me that noble park is not safe. When I say that I live in Noble park, people immediately say "is it safe there?" Well, I have been living in clayton and noble park and I can say that Noble Park is safer than Clayton. In fact, I think people just assume that it is not safe. I have lived here for two years now and it is safe and affordable. It is closed Springvale and train station.
Here is the stats from racv about the most burgled house. Noble park is not even on the top 40 most burgled suburb. Clayton is on the 12th.

I too agree Noble park is a safe place to live. I think people have stereotyped too many people living in the area. It's a multicultureral area. The Migrant school is here in Noble park. Hence why so many migrate to Noble park. I think there too much distrust of other cultures. They are just trying to live their lives too.
