"Authentic Living"
Bacchus Marsh has so much going for it.. peaceful living with next to no traffic just 35 minutes to the cbd. Recent upgrades to the fast rail system and a brand new 200 million dollar 5km upgrade (thank you!) to the freeway makes us feel very grateful living here.

35 minutes IS ridiculous, but so is 1 hour 45 minutes! I work at Melb Uni and even in bad traffic it never takes more than 1 hour 30 minutes. Takes me about 50 minutes off-peak and usually about 1 hour 10 minutes in peak.

Be warned everyone... it does NOT take 35mins to reach the CBD. That's just ridiculous!!! It's an hours drive if you get a clear run. It can take up to 1hr 45mins on a bad run - I know because I did it daily for years up untill last year when I got sick of the drive and moved closer to the CBD. The V-Line train is about 45mins (with a couple of express trains that take 37mins)... there is just no way you can usually get into the city in under 50mins.
