Albion

"Hot Suburb! my pick for a high growth..."

I think this suburb is so under rated at the moment, but just wait and see the change! with the new tunnel coming from the airport and linking to Lutwyche Rd and up to Stafford Rd the noise and traffic coming through Albion will reduce by at least 30% plus it is so close to the city, has a train station, shops etc...look at the neighbouring suburbs? ie Clayfield prices? yet this is closer to the city, on top of the hill. and has more to offer? watch this suburb increase in value is what i am saying!

Montpelier Street

"very central location."

i found it was great to walk to the shops, park etc. i found it to be a good street to live in a little bit of traffic but still a good street. there is a few older units in the street and there was a little noise sometimes but apart from that the location is very handy. i moved to bonney avenue from montpelier and wished i did'nt...great italian restaurant at the end of the street!

Bonney Avenue

"A little noisey.."

I find that there is a lot of traffic noise in the street, i moved here because of the great views you can get at the top of the hill, but it definitely suffers because of traffic noise. very easy for access to the city though or to Lutwyche Rd.

I think any street that backs onto a railway line and links to shops and restaurants would generate traffic and noise.
