We live in a 40sq house with plenty of room to move, could'nt afford that in the East.
With the Hospital close by and too many medical centres to mention, health is well catered for.
6 major Supermarkets within a 6km radius means competitive grocery prices, and many choices for shopping for furniture and electrical, people travel here from Geelong and further a field for a great deal.
You can hop in the car and be parked in the heart of the city in 25-30mins.or take the family to Torquay and the many beaches along the surf coast in 45mins.
We are a young community and have all of the growing pains one might expect with young people in our community, no more than anywhere else i read in the papers from time to time
To sum up i love my community and would recommend it as a great place to raise a family.
