Yolanda is one of the main streets to enter Annandale and is therefore is quite busy...
Our main view is of Mount Stewart which is quite close.
We have two schools in the street both at the northen end
Their is quite a good shopping centre which includes a mixed business doctors chemist takeaway deli pool shop butchers insurance office bakery a vet and real a state office.
We also have a park and a large poen area and is only a couple of streets back from the Ross River..
The only draw back is the number of people who at night use it as the local Townsville Drag Strip especially around the two round a bouts.
