The majority of the suburb is to be avoided, myself and everyone I have know who has live in the suburb has had a break in at least once a year. One friend of mine has been broken into 6 times this year.

There are large populations of unemployed and many homes west houses in Gosnells. Petty crime is way above the average.

The neighbours of mine and almost all of the people I know who live in Gosnells all have rude neighbours who continue to make noise until all hours of the morning almost every day.
