"Peaceful area. Flat and easy to walk around."
I grew up in this area and have very fond memories of my childhood. Each house block is quiet large.

"Quiet leafy street with limited noise and traffic."
Very nice surroundings. Not a lot of noise and limited traffic flow as road is not really a shortcut to anywhere.
