Beach Grove
"amazing location!"
beach grove is one of those streets that you will never see a house for sale...why? cause its an adress that only the people could only dream about but when a house comes up for sale...be preparped to pay top dollar cause of location! but worth it in every sense.

"like being away from it alll."
if you want to live in a street that feels like a holiday home but not this is the street for you. only a few houses in the street and creek access for the properties at the back of the street. station is 2 mins away so is safeway, and the beach is over the road. why would you want to go anywhere else!!!!!
