Moved from West End to Geebung two years ago. In Geebung, I have deeply restful sleep all night in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood, with no competition for parking, round the corner from Chermside shopping centre and everything you need, and right on the train line. It takes me less time to get the train into the city from Geebung than it used to take getting the bus from West End to the city - unbelievable but true. I love how unpretentious Geebung is as well - it reminds me of how life used to be in the burbs where I grew up...when people weren't in such a hurry and didn't beep their horn as much...
